Operation Explore is an experiential organizational development company.

We guide organizations as they manage change, transitions, alignment, mergers, generational succession and culture shift. Believing that actions speak louder than words, we offer an array of approaches for enhancing the human potential. Innovation, personal approach, and high involvement learning are our distinguishing characteristics.

Since our founding in 1992, we have traveled all over the world to locations from Australia to Venezuela, from Canada to China, and throughout Europe and the United States. We have found the use of simple tools and models can make a significant difference on individual and organizational performance.

This is where we start ... our discovery process provides insight into the current culture as well as the future … preferred culture. Good culture is a basic building block that creates a positive environment to effectively build strategy.

Strategy

This is the purpose or why we exist or our winning aspiration. Strategy provides a clear focus or ‘true north’.

STRUCTURE

Once we have assessed and/or built the foundation of the right culture along with clarity on our purpose, it is time to build the structure to achieve the strategy.

We conduct regular ‘checks-ins’ to make sure the legs are of even length.
