One of our pharma clients who we had been working with for over two decades had been challenged by the ever-changing healthcare industry and cost pressures. This had forced them to become hyper-aware of their own accountability and performance.
Over the years, we have provided a variety of services for them, such as co-creation and deployment of a week-long leadership development program where 60 leaders at a time from different parts of the organization were brought together to create alignment leading to the operationalization of their vision, mission, values and behaviors. The program had a significant impact on building a culture where people could build connections with one another while creating alignment, increased engagement, and listening to others’ perspectives and ideas. Word of our processes spread that led to our involvement in building and deployment of their Initial Sales Training programs, where we designed a Sales Synergy session which focused on accelerating the development of relationships, as well as shifting mindsets and expanding mental fortitude, by using Experiential Learning at its core. We determined that it was necessary to focus on devoting energy to building culture and soft skills prior to accountability, task management, and follow-through. These initiatives led to a feeling of familial closeness, and the company continued to experience significant growth from there on out. Currently, we are working through change management using our Organizational Development Process through sweat equity that creates alignment, and engagement after a major restructuring.
